Collection of laws and decrees concerning military punishment and disciplinary law in the sea and the army. The booklet was compiled by order of the Secretary of Defense by Dr. L.M. Rollin Couquerque, published by the general land printing office in The Hague. The booklet is therefore from just before the second world war. The vintage booklet is in good condition.
