Turquoise twisted vase with clear glass, cut, vintage

A beautiful glass vase with turquoise at the top, which flows downwards into clear glass with paths that rotate downwards. you will see a thickening where the color softens. The vintage glass vase has a thick foot and is cut at the bottom, the bottom does have a small black speck in the foot. See also the additional photos. On one side of the vase you see a blown string, a small imperfection in the glass, no damage. The vintage glass vase with turquoise is in good condition. Is it Kosta Boda?
