Droste Chocolate jug with cup and saucer, vintage

Haarlem, in 1863 Johannes Gerardus Droste opens the banquet and cake bakery Droste. One could drink water chocolate in the shop and sweet treats were sold. You sometimes received stamps with the products and you could start saving, so you could also save, by eating a lot of chocolate, you saved for a chocolate jug, for example. Saving for the chocolate jug was possible from 1925! We were able to buy this chocolate can for the first time in 15 years, so special! There comes one cup and saucer with it the chocolate jug.  Both the Droste items are, both chocolate can and cup and saucer are in good condition and original. See also the additional photos.
