Tin boat in blue copper with text CIBA, advertising item

A special tin boat with the text CIBA on the top. The top of the boat is copper-colored, the bottom blue, the boat has a small flag on the tip. We suspect that you might be able to save for the boat with a certain product. Looked for what it belongs to but couldnt find anything yet. Anyone who knows can email it.
