Antique wooden tea box

A beautiful antique mahogany tea chest from England. The antique mahogany tea chest has 2 compartments for tea with wooden lids and 1 round holder for a porcelain tea caddy. The vintage wooden tea chest has 2 lions with eyes as handles on the side and a keyhole in the same style on the front. On the top, a small strip of mahogany is missing from the rectangle on top. The antique mahogany tea chest has red paper in the compartment where the tea caddy can stand, in the compartments on the left and right are remnants of metal foil or very thin tin. Unfortunately, the tea caddy was no longer included when purchased. Nice to place a porcelain pot or a tea caddy in it yourself. See also the extra photos for the details.
